But the most exciting thing was an old, filled in well. The kids sifted through the gravel at the bottom and got a handful of change. Some might question the ethics of letting our children keep the 37 cents they found, but then I will just tell you how much they charged us to see water spurting up from the ground.

Fun in Calistoga
Yesterday we spent the day in Calistoga (about 1 hr NE of us) all because for some reason, Aiden wanted to see a real geyser. Because it was sunny and Daddy was home, we decided to go. This is us in front of the Old Faithful Geyser. It was one of those funny picture taking moments because I had to time the camera just right to take it while the geyser was erupting, and get everyone in place!
They also had goats, sheep, and llamas to pet/feed there. (I guess the geyser itself is not enough of an attraction) And there were baby sheep and goats! Autumn spent a long time feeding this little kid (1 1/2 months old) and would like one for her birthday!
The llama kept hissing at Aiden and he said it spit on him!

Sorry Autumn, you can't bring a goat to Grammy and Papa's house this summer. You have to draw the line somewhere or else these grandkids will walk all over you!!!
