We had visitors again this week, this time my wonderful in-laws! The children (and me) love visitors because we don't do school, go to fun places, and they get lots of extra attention. This week was really fun because Papa and Grammy are fun! Here is a picture of Grammy and the kids on a nature hike. It was a beautiful day and the fields were blooming with wildflowers!
The children found a pond where hundreds of tadpoles were swimming around! I forgot our "nature backpack" (where I keep all our field guides, notebooks, and specimen jars) otherwise we would have brought some home.
On Thursday we went into the city, stopping at Jason's station first to pick him up and play.
Then we went to the Exploratorium, which is a very cool science museum. Autumn drank out of a toilet!
