Of Mice and Children

Most of you know about the latest addition to the Gale household, but for those of you who don't I want to introduce our pets, three mice. Their names change weekly, but currently they are Sleeping Beauty (Autumn's mouse formally known as Grammy Squeak), Chewbacca (Aiden's mouse), and Ninja Mouse (Asher's, obviously). Believe it or not, all the mice follow their owner's personality: Sleeping Beauty is always sleeping or making a new nest and is not very active; Ninja Mouse is always running on the wheel, and Chewbacca is usually eating. Of course, since they look exactly the same it could be different mice doing different things but we like to think we already know our furry friends long enough to identify their habits. The good news is that we've had them over a month and they are still happy and healthy! The bad news is that they stink like crazy. My own names for them are Stinky, Smelly, and Plug-Your-Nose.
