However, I planned our visit most carefully; we packed a lunch and only went to the free events. The theme of the fair was the Colonial time period and they had a dress-up station! Here a
re some other highlights: Asher and Autumn entered a stroller race (with teddy bears being pushed) and won! They had an enormous hall with flower displays that Autumn and I were enthralled with. We rode on one ride, the slides, which is always so fun. The boys entered a Lego competition and Aiden won! Here is a picture of him with his creation. Lastly, there
was
large exhibit hall filled with paintings, wood & sewing projects, Lego models and more done by children that was neat to see. Next year we plan to enter our stuff as well.
