Last week our awesome friends (the Trans) came to visit us from California! They have four cute kids and we had such a blessed time together. This is the welcome feast for them!

Their two little girls slept over almost every night with Autumn, making the house loud with many squeals and giggles!
Here is Margaret, slinging a slug! (She'll be so mad I put this picture up)
She is holding a slug-slinger, an instrument designed by Jason. One is able to pierce a slug with the nail end of the stick, then "sling" it into the forest. Great fun!

Hi Shelli,
Margaret came over the other day and told me all about their trip. How we miss you all! It was a sad day on the Sunday after you left and we didn't see that familiar van in the parking lot at church. Anyway, Owen misses you and Jason. When I ask him who his teachers are, he still says "Teacher Jason & Teacher Shelli." I think that he thinks that you're just on a long vacation!
