Salad Box

This is a picture of my salad box. I got this idea from a website my mother-in-law showed me. (I would provide the link; however, you have to create an account to view the videos...who wants to go through all that work?) Anyway, the main idea is to have a large container in your refridgerator filled with all your salad fixin's that makes it easy and quick to make salads.

I have two large containers for lettuce and spinach, and small containers with cucumbers, tomatoes, and carrots. I also have room in there to keep all my dressings and avacados. I wash and cut up everything once a week so at lunchtime I can take out my salad box and presto...a quick salad.

I have been doing this for over a month and have lost so much weight I'm afraid I'll blow away on a windy day.

Just kidding, unfortunately.
