Twice a year we have to venture to the big city of Seattle to go to doctor's appointments
(which is always a bummer) but this past week we turned it into a mini-vacation! The drive itself is
sometimes fun (with many snacks) and the ferry ride across the sound
is always a highlight for the kids. Then after a long day of clinic appointments,
we stayed in a fun hotel, swam in the indoor pool, and watched a lot of
the animal channel on the hotel TV.
Then the next day we visited the Museum of Flight in Seattle:

Asher looooved the Museum, especially the huge WWII displays. This
was his second visit so we let him lead us around. I took about 10
pictures in the museum, but Asher took above 60!
He really likes airplanes.

Even daddy had fun there.
Another delightful aspect of our vacation was eating whatever
we wanted (too stressful to try to eat so restricted among everything else!).
We found an Arby's and guess who loved the roast beef cheddar melt?
