Jason's parents visited us this week and we had a wonderful time with them! Here are some of the things we did:
This is an overlook of Spring Lake, where we went hiking and had a picnic.
Papa playing dollies with Autumn! We have a tradition where when they come and visit we set a timer for 15 min. and they rotate playing with the children alone.
Grammy and Aiden are playing one of Aiden's favorite games, Rush Hour, Jr. He is faster at solving those than everyone in our house!
While they were here we had a small birthday celebration for Asher and Autumn. Their birthdays are coming up so we went ahead and had cake for them during the visit. The more cake, the better, I say! (Notice the chocolate on Asher's lips! I made mini-cakes and let the children decorate their own. Asher completely covered his in chocolate!)
This is a different hiking trail here in town. Isn't it beautiful?

We still talk about how much fun we had with you all. What a relaxing time! It is so wonderful to be adored by our grandchildren. Can't wait for Autumn and Aiden to visit in May.
