favorite meals (breakfast-homemade bread, lunch-mac &
cheese, dinner-burritos) and instead of cake had a
danish. (super yummy!)
For presents, he mostly got books...
still made him do school and chores!).
Asher is really growing into an awesome son. He is so
helpful to Jason and I, and is constantly learning new
things to do around the house. He can run very fast,
read a book in an afternoon, build a lego spaceship in
under a minute with whatever handful of
pieces you throw at him, and grill
a mean hot dog. He is also a great older brother.
We love you, Asher!!!
Proverbs 10:1
A wise son makes a father glad.
On Saturday, he and I are headed to Washington, DC! We are going with my Dad and stepmother. Autumn and Aiden will be going to Grammy & Papa's for the week. Pray for our safety (we don't want to catch any wierd flus)!

Happy Birthday, Asher! Sounds like he had a fun day!
That "cake" looks wonderful. Glad you had a such a great day Asher. Wish we could have been there. Can't wait to hear about your trip.
Happy Belated Birthday, Asher. Gunnar wishes he hadn't broken his leg so he could have come for a visit.
