First Day of School!

Kinda.

There is a program here through one of the local school districts called the "Olypmic Peninsula Home Connection". Your children register as part-time public school students (which caused me a lot of anxiety) , they give you funds for non-religious educational material, and best of all, they have a day every week where homeschool students can come and take classes. Joining this is a lot of work for me, but the reason I did it is because ALL the children I've talked to LOVE it!

And so do mine!

This Tuesday was our first official day. Here are their classes:
Aiden: The Five Senses, P.E. , Art, and Math Fun
Autumn: P.E., newspaper, cooking, and sketching
Asher: P.E., Pond Life, cooking, and Mayan kings

But their favorite part of Tuesday? Packing their own lunches into their new lunchboxes. They're already talking about what they're going to pack next week!
